I payed my taxes, and I served my country, and here is my reward....

New Castle County has given me untill May 28, 2006 to move (Dispose of & or throw away???) the pile of 10 two by fours in my yard, and they, New Castle County refuse to do anything at all about my neighbor who for 25 years has denied me access (Egress & ingress.) to my yard via a common 10 foot wide driveway that both my neighbor and I are required to maintain, and keep open for one another....

My neighbor and I complained to the county code enforcement officials, and the county officials want to fight tooth 'n' nail with me over a pile of sticks, but the county refuses to exersize their power and advanced knowledge regarding the community property.... The county built it but they (New Castle County, Delaware.) won't protect my right to use it....

My war is not over! I'm 64 years old and the fight rages on....
